Great Escape Travel is located in Alton Bay, New Hampshire across from the shores of Lake Winnipesaukee. The company’s president and co-founder, Jeanne Crouse, is a professional travel planner whose career in travel began in the Caribbean in 1991 after a formal education to earn MBA and MFA degrees and business experience in the corporate world. She has followed her passion for exploring new experiences and cultures by traveling with her partner, John and having fun developing Great Escape Travel Services.

Jeanne is the Premier Aussie Specialist in New Hampshire and a Fiji Matai Specialist plus she has a few other specialist designations. She loves small cruise ships and many places within the UK, Ireland and continental Europe but her heart is really in the South Pacific: Australia, New Zealand, and the “Isles of Delight” – Tahiti, Fiji, and the Cooks. For those of you who visited our website before this year, you will notice that we have embarked on a major journey with it. We threw out our old website – it was too big and too impersonal - and we are rebuilding our site from the ground floor up. Our new site will be based on special authentic experiences - those on everyone’s wish lists and some once-in-a-lifetime experiences we are uncovering.
